Account Deletion
You can delete your Coin Empire account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Account › Delete account, enter your password and confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Without the app
Enter the email address of your account. We send a confirmation link to that address; the account is deleted when you open the link and confirm. The link works for 24 hours. Only the owner of the mailbox can delete the account this way.
If you no longer have access to the email address, write to the support address on the Terms page from another address and we will verify your ownership another way.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, user name, display name, password, date of birth, sign-in sessions.
- Your game data: city, buildings, resources, CR and GEM balances, progress, missions, battles, clan membership (a clan you lead passes to another member), and private chat messages.
- An exchange connection and its snapshots, if you had one.
What is kept, and why
- Payment records are kept without your name, email address or account, because tax and accounting law requires it (currently up to 10 years); then they are deleted. Google Play, the App Store and Stripe keep their own records of your payments under their policies.
- Backups are overwritten within 14 days, after which no copy of your account remains.
- Server logs are rotated automatically.
Status
After deletion you receive an email with a link to the status of your request. Subscriptions do not exist in Coin Empire; purchased items end with the account and are not refunded because of deletion.

Yukarıdaki forma hesabının e-posta adresini gir. Bu adrese bir onay bağlantısı göndeririz; bağlantıyı açıp onayladığında hesap silinir. Bağlantı 24 saat geçerlidir. Bu yolla hesabı yalnızca e-posta kutusunun sahibi silebilir.
E-posta adresine artık erişemiyorsan, başka bir adresten Koşullar sayfasındaki destek adresine yaz; sahipliğini başka bir yolla doğrularız.
Neler silinir
- Hesabın: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad, şifre, doğum tarihi, oturumlar.
- Oyun verilerin: şehir, binalar, kaynaklar, CR ve GEM bakiyeleri, ilerleme, görevler, savaşlar, klan üyeliği (lideri olduğun klan başka bir üyeye geçer) ve özel sohbet mesajları.
- Varsa borsa bağlantısı ve anlık görüntüleri.
Neler saklanır ve neden
- Ödeme kayıtları, vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatı gerektirdiği için adın, e-posta adresin veya hesabın olmadan saklanır (şu an en fazla 10 yıl); sonra silinir. Google Play, App Store ve Stripe ödemelerinin kendi kayıtlarını kendi politikalarına göre tutar.
- Yedekler 14 gün içinde üzerine yazılır; sonrasında hesabının hiçbir kopyası kalmaz.
- Sunucu kayıtları otomatik olarak döner.
Durum
Silmeden sonra, isteğinin durumuna giden bağlantıyı içeren bir e-posta alırsın. Coin Empire'da abonelik yoktur; satın alınan öğeler hesapla birlikte sona erer ve silme nedeniyle iade edilmez.
