1. Data we process

• Account: email address, user name, display name, password (stored only as a salted hash), date of birth.
• Gameplay: your city, buildings, resources, CR and GEM balances, missions, battles, clan membership and your position on the world map. Your user name, city and rank are visible to other players.
• Chat: messages you send in global, clan or private chat, and whether the filter blocked or changed them.
• Safety: reports you make or that are made about you (reporter, reported player, the message, reason and optional note, outcome), the players you block, and moderation actions such as mutes or account closure.
• Terms acceptance: when you accepted the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and which version.
• Purchases: what you bought, when, the price, and the payment provider's reference (a Stripe session id, Google Play purchase token or Apple transaction id). We never receive your card details.
• Technical: IP address and device/browser information in server logs, and sign-in tokens.
• Optional, adults only, when offered: a read-only exchange API key (stored encrypted) and the balances it reports. This feature is not active at launch.

We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell personal data.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

• To provide the Game and your account (performance of our contract with you).
• Your date of birth: only to decide which parts of the Game you may use (13+ to register, 18+ for Neo-Tokyo and the portfolio connection), which is also our legal obligation to protect minors.
• Purchases: to deliver what you bought, handle refunds and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
• Logs and security: to keep the Game safe and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• Chat filtering, reports, blocks and moderation: to protect players, many of them minors, and to act on illegal content (legitimate interest and legal obligation). Reports are emailed to our moderators so that they can review them within 24 hours.
• Terms acceptance: to show what you agreed to (contract and legal obligation).
• Account emails (verification, password reset, deletion confirmation, important changes): contract. We send no marketing email.

3. Who receives data

• Amazon Web Services (AWS), whose cloud servers run the Game, as a processor.
• Our email provider, to send account emails and to deliver reports to our moderators.
• Our moderators (Corxor staff), who see reported messages and the accounts involved.
• Stripe, when you pay by card on the web: your email address and account number for the payment.
• Google and Apple, when you buy in their stores: a random identifier that links the purchase to your account. They process the payment under their own privacy policies.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Corxor, Inc. is established in the United States, and our providers and team may process data outside your country, including in the United States, the European Union and Türkiye. For such transfers we use the mechanisms the applicable law provides, such as standard contractual clauses, and we apply the same protection wherever the data is processed.

4. How long we keep it

• Account and gameplay data: while your account exists.
• When you delete your account, it is deleted at once from the live database and disappears from backups within 14 days.
• Payment records: kept without your name, email or account for the period required by tax and accounting law (currently up to 10 years), then deleted.
• Server logs: rotated automatically, typically within weeks.
• Reports, blocks and moderation records: while the accounts involved exist; they are deleted with either account. Report emails are kept in the moderation mailbox only as long as needed to handle the report and any appeal.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete and export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to a data protection authority. Delete your account in the app (Account › Delete account) or at Account Deletion. For other requests, write to the privacy address above. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.

6. Children

The Game is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed; exchange keys, if used, are encrypted. Access to servers is restricted.

8. Changes

We will announce material changes to this Policy in the Game or by email.

1. İşlediğimiz veriler

• Hesap: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad, şifre (yalnızca tuzlanmış özet olarak saklanır), doğum tarihi.
• Oyun: şehrin, binaların, kaynakların, CR ve GEM bakiyelerin, görevler, savaşlar, klan üyeliği ve dünya haritasındaki konumun. Kullanıcı adın, şehrin ve rütben diğer oyunculara görünür.
• Sohbet: genel, klan veya özel sohbette gönderdiğin mesajlar ve filtrenin bunları engelleyip engellemediği veya değiştirip değiştirmediği.
• Güvenlik: yaptığın veya hakkında yapılan şikâyetler (şikâyet eden, şikâyet edilen oyuncu, mesaj, neden ve isteğe bağlı not, sonuç), engellediğin oyuncular ve susturma ya da hesap kapatma gibi denetim işlemleri.
• Koşulların kabulü: Kullanım Koşulları ile Topluluk Kuralları'nı ne zaman ve hangi sürümünü kabul ettiğin.
• Satın almalar: ne aldığın, ne zaman, fiyatı ve ödeme sağlayıcısının referansı (Stripe oturum kimliği, Google Play satın alma jetonu veya Apple işlem kimliği). Kart bilgilerin bize hiç ulaşmaz.
• Teknik: sunucu kayıtlarında IP adresi ve cihaz/tarayıcı bilgisi, oturum jetonları.
• İsteğe bağlı, yalnızca yetişkinler, sunulduğunda: salt okunur borsa API anahtarı (şifreli saklanır) ve bildirdiği bakiyeler. Bu özellik ilk sürümde etkin değildir.

Reklam kimliği, analitik veya hata raporlama SDK'sı kullanmayız; seni başka uygulama veya sitelerde izlemeyiz ve kişisel veri satmayız.

2. Neden kullanıyoruz (hukuki sebepler)

• Oyun'u ve hesabını sunmak için (seninle yaptığımız sözleşmenin ifası).
• Doğum tarihin: yalnızca Oyun'un hangi bölümlerini kullanabileceğine karar vermek için (kayıt 13+, Neo-Tokyo ve portföy bağlantısı 18+); bu aynı zamanda küçükleri koruma yükümlülüğümüzdür.
• Satın almalar: aldığını teslim etmek, iadeleri yürütmek ve muhasebe kayıtlarını tutmak için (sözleşme ve yasal yükümlülük).
• Kayıtlar ve güvenlik: Oyun'u güvenli tutmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için (meşru menfaat).
• Sohbet filtresi, şikâyetler, engellemeler ve denetim: çoğu küçük olan oyuncuları korumak ve hukuka aykırı içeriğe karşı işlem yapmak için (meşru menfaat ve hukuki yükümlülük). Şikâyetler, 24 saat içinde incelenebilmeleri için moderatörlerimize e-postayla iletilir.
• Koşulların kabulü: neyi kabul ettiğini gösterebilmek için (sözleşme ve hukuki yükümlülük).
• Hesap e-postaları (doğrulama, şifre sıfırlama, silme onayı, önemli değişiklikler): sözleşme. Pazarlama e-postası göndermeyiz.

3. Verileri kimler alır

• Bulut sunucuları Oyun'u çalıştıran Amazon Web Services (AWS), veri işleyen olarak.
• E-posta sağlayıcımız, hesap e-postalarını göndermek ve şikâyetleri moderatörlerimize iletmek için.
• Şikâyet edilen mesajları ve ilgili hesapları gören moderatörlerimiz (Corxor çalışanları).
• Web'de kartla ödediğinde Stripe: ödeme için e-posta adresin ve hesap numaran.
• Mağazalarında satın aldığında Google ve Apple: satın almayı hesabına bağlayan rastgele bir tanımlayıcı. Ödemeyi kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işlerler.
• Yasanın gerektirdiği durumlarda yetkili makamlar.

Corxor, Inc. Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde kuruludur; sağlayıcılarımız ve ekibimiz verileri ABD, Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye dahil ülken dışında işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlarda 6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 9. maddesi ve diğer uygulanabilir mevzuatın öngördüğü mekanizmaları (örneğin standart sözleşmeler) kullanır, veriler nerede işlenirse işlensin aynı korumayı uygularız.

4. Ne kadar süre saklarız

• Hesap ve oyun verileri: hesabın var olduğu sürece.
• Hesabını sildiğinde canlı veritabanından hemen silinir ve 14 gün içinde yedeklerden de kalkar.
• Ödeme kayıtları: adın, e-postan veya hesabın olmadan, vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca (şu an en fazla 10 yıl) saklanır, sonra silinir.
• Sunucu kayıtları: otomatik olarak döner, genellikle birkaç hafta içinde silinir.
• Şikâyetler, engellemeler ve denetim kayıtları: ilgili hesaplar var olduğu sürece; hesaplardan biri silindiğinde silinir. Şikâyet e-postaları denetim posta kutusunda yalnızca şikâyetin ve olası itirazın sonuçlandırılması için gereken süre boyunca tutulur.

5. Hakların

Kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve dışa aktarma, işlemeye itiraz etme veya kısıtlama ve bir veri koruma otoritesine (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyet etme hakkın vardır. Hesabını uygulamadan (Hesap › Hesabı sil) veya Hesap Silme sayfasından silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için yukarıdaki gizlilik adresine yaz. Taleplerini en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlarız (KVKK m. 13).

6. Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklar için değildir ve onlar için bilerek hesap oluşturmayız. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun hesabı olduğunu düşünüyorsan bize yaz; hesabı sileriz.

7. Güvenlik

Bağlantılar HTTPS kullanır. Şifreler özetlenir; kullanılırsa borsa anahtarları şifrelenir. Sunuculara erişim kısıtlıdır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu Politikadaki önemli değişiklikleri Oyun'da veya e-postayla duyururuz.
