Purchase and Refund Policy
1. Where you buy
- Android app: Google Play Billing. Google is the seller of record and charges you.
- iOS app: Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the seller of record and charges you.
- Web: card payment through Stripe on Stripe's own payment page. The seller is Corxor, Inc.
Prices are shown in the store before you confirm, including the taxes the store applies. What you buy is virtual game value (see Virtual Currency Terms).
2. Delivery
Items are delivered to your account as soon as the store or payment provider confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Every payment is delivered exactly once. If a delivery is interrupted (for example the app closes), it completes the next time you open the Game.
3. Eligibility
Some packs are part of Neo-Tokyo and are only offered to players aged 18 and over. They are not shown to, and cannot be bought by, younger players.
4. Refunds
- Google Play: request a refund from Google (play.google.com › Order history) under Google Play's refund policies.
- App Store: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's policies.
- Web (Stripe): write to the support address within 14 days of the purchase. Items are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying you tick a box asking for immediate delivery and acknowledging that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the item is delivered; the same notice is shown on the payment page. Faulty or undelivered items are always refunded or re-delivered.
When a store refunds a purchase, we may remove the refunded items from your account.
5. Problems
If you were charged and did not receive an item, contact support with the date and the store's order number.

2. Teslimat
Öğeler, mağaza veya ödeme sağlayıcısı ödemeyi onayladığı anda, genellikle saniyeler içinde hesabına teslim edilir. Her ödeme tam olarak bir kez teslim edilir. Bir teslimat yarıda kalırsa (örneğin uygulama kapanırsa) Oyun'u bir sonraki açışında tamamlanır.
3. Uygunluk
Bazı paketler Neo-Tokyo'nun parçasıdır ve yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri oyunculara sunulur. Daha genç oyunculara gösterilmez ve onlar tarafından satın alınamaz.
4. İadeler

- Web (Stripe): satın almadan sonraki 14 gün içinde destek adresine yaz. Öğeler hemen teslim edilen dijital içeriktir. Ödemeden önce, öğenin hemen teslim edilmesini istediğini ve teslimle birlikte yasal cayma hakkının sona erdiğini kabul ettiğin bir kutuyu işaretlersin (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m. 15/1-ğ); aynı bilgi ödeme sayfasında da gösterilir. Kusurlu veya teslim edilmemiş öğeler her zaman iade edilir veya yeniden teslim edilir.
Bir mağaza satın almayı iade ettiğinde, iade edilen öğeleri hesabından kaldırabiliriz.
