These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Corxor, Inc., 429 Baker Farm Drive, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Corxor", "we", "us"), the operator of Coin Empire, a strategy game available on the web at www.coinempire.net and as apps for Android and iOS (together, the "Game"). Please read them carefully: sections 14 to 17 limit our liability and explain how disputes are resolved.

1. Accepting these Terms

You accept these Terms when you tick the box at sign-up, create an account or play the Game. They include the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, the Virtual Currency Terms, the Purchase and Refund Policy, the Market Disclaimer and the Age Eligibility rules. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

2. Who may play

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Neo-Tokyo, market-themed gameplay and the optional read-only portfolio connection are only for players aged 18 and over.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.
• You may not use the Game if you are barred from doing so by the law of your country or if we have closed an account of yours before.

3. Your account

• Give true information, in particular your real date of birth. It decides which parts of the Game you can use and cannot be changed in the app; contact support to correct a mistake.
• Keep your password secret and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts, items and game currency may not be sold, bought, lent, shared or transferred.
• We may refuse or change a user name that is offensive, misleading or infringes someone's rights.

4. What Coin Empire is, and is not

Coin Empire is a game for entertainment. Its themes include crypto-assets and markets, but:

• We do not buy, sell, exchange, hold, transfer, deposit or withdraw real crypto-assets or money for you, and we place no orders on any exchange.
• Nothing in the Game is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it predicts or promises any real-world result. See the Market Disclaimer.
• Prices and coin information shown in the Game may be delayed, simplified or illustrative.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms. All rights in the Game, its software, artwork, names and virtual items belong to Corxor or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game; reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows; use bots, scripts, automation, cheats or exploits; interfere with servers or other players; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Virtual items and game currency

• CR (credits), GEM, buildings and other virtual items are part of the licence in section 5. You do not own them; they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, crypto-assets or anything of value outside the Game, by us or by anyone else.
• We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items and their effects as the Game develops. If we permanently remove an item you paid for less than 120 days earlier, we will offer a comparable replacement or, where the law requires it, a refund.
• If items or currency reach your account by mistake, a bug or an abuse, we may correct the balance.
• Virtual items end when your account is deleted or closed, or when the Game ends.

7. Purchases

Buying is optional: the whole Game can be played without paying. You may buy virtual items with real money through Google Play (Android), the App Store (iOS) or our card payment provider Stripe (web). The price shown at checkout is the full price. Purchases are governed by the Purchase and Refund Policy and the terms of the store you buy from; refunds for store purchases are handled by Google or Apple.

8. Computer kingdoms

So that the world is never empty, some towns are run by the Game itself. They are labelled "Computer kingdom", do not read messages and are not real players.

9. Conduct, chat and moderation

• Follow the Community Guidelines. We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, threats, scams and attempts to obtain passwords, seed phrases or exchange keys.
• Messages are filtered automatically and may be blocked or masked. You can report any message or player and block any player in the Game; reports reach our moderators, who review them within 24 hours.
• We may remove or hide content and warn, mute, suspend or permanently close accounts, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. We are not obliged to monitor all content, and we are not responsible for what other players say or do.

10. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, moderate and remove it in order to run the Game, for as long as it is in the Game. You promise that what you post is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, with notice where reasonable, if it breaks these Terms or the law, endangers other players or the Game, or if the law requires it. Where the breach is serious (for example fraud, cheating, chargeback abuse or child safety) we may act at once and without refund of virtual items, to the extent the law allows. You may delete your account at any time (Account Deletion). If you think an action against your account was a mistake, write to support within 30 days and we will review it.

12. Changes to the Game and these Terms

The Game is a live service: features, balance and content change, and we may end the Game with at least 60 days' notice in the Game. We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the Game or by email before they apply. If you keep playing after they apply, you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Game and delete your account.

13. Third-party services

Purchases, app distribution and some features rely on Google, Apple, Stripe and, if you choose to connect one, an exchange. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their services.

14. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, and we exclude all implied warranties. Game data may be lost because of technical problems; we keep backups but cannot guarantee restoration.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill; (b) we are not liable for any decision you make about real assets, money or investments; and (c) our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 50. These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to any other liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will compensate Corxor for claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content or your misuse of the Game. This does not apply where we caused the loss, or where the law of your country does not allow it for consumers.

17. Law and disputes

• Talk to us first: most problems are solved quickly. Before starting any legal claim, write to the support address and give us 30 days to resolve it.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.
• Consumers: if you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of their place of residence under Law No. 6502, and consumers elsewhere may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.

18. General

These Terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game. If a provision is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over the Game; you may not transfer them. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are offered in English and Turkish; if the versions differ, the English version prevails, except that consumers in Türkiye may rely on the Turkish version.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), sen ile web'de www.coinempire.net adresinde ve Android ile iOS uygulamaları olarak sunulan strateji oyunu Coin Empire'ın ("Oyun") işletmecisi Corxor, Inc., 429 Baker Farm Drive, Middletown, DE 19709, ABD ("Corxor", "biz") arasında bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Lütfen dikkatle oku: 14 ile 17. bölümler sorumluluğumuzu sınırlar ve uyuşmazlıkların nasıl çözüleceğini açıklar.

1. Koşulların kabulü

Kayıt sırasında kutuyu işaretlediğinde, hesap oluşturduğunda veya Oyun'u oynadığında bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Koşullar; Gizlilik Politikası'nı, Topluluk Kuralları'nı, Sanal Para Koşulları'nı, Satın Alma ve İade Politikası'nı, Piyasa Uyarısı'nı ve Yaş Uygunluğu kurallarını kapsar. Kabul etmiyorsan Oyun'u kullanma.

2. Kimler oynayabilir

• Hesap oluşturmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Neo-Tokyo, piyasa temalı oynanış ve isteğe bağlı salt okunur portföy bağlantısı yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri oyunculara açıktır.
• Yaşadığın yerde reşit değilsen Oyun'u yalnızca ebeveyninin veya vasinin izniyle kullanabilirsin; bu Koşulları senin adına o kabul eder ve satın almalar dahil Oyun'u kullanımından o sorumludur.
• Ülkenin hukuku buna izin vermiyorsa veya daha önce bir hesabını kapattıysak Oyun'u kullanamazsın.

3. Hesabın

• Doğru bilgi ver, özellikle gerçek doğum tarihini. Doğum tarihin hangi bölümleri kullanabileceğini belirler ve uygulamadan değiştirilemez; bir hatayı düzeltmek için destekle iletişime geç.
• Şifreni gizli tut; hesabını başkasının kullandığını düşünürsen hemen bize bildir. Hesabın üzerinden yapılan her şeyden sen sorumlusun.
• Bir kişi, bir hesap. Hesaplar, öğeler ve oyun parası satılamaz, satın alınamaz, ödünç verilemez, paylaşılamaz veya devredilemez.
• Saldırgan, yanıltıcı veya başkasının haklarını ihlal eden bir kullanıcı adını reddedebilir veya değiştirebiliriz.

4. Coin Empire nedir, ne değildir

Coin Empire eğlence amaçlı bir oyundur. Temaları arasında kripto varlıklar ve piyasalar bulunur, ancak:

• Senin için gerçek kripto varlık veya para almaz, satmaz, takas etmez, saklamaz, transfer etmez, yatırmaz veya çekmeyiz; hiçbir borsada emir vermeyiz.
• Oyun'daki hiçbir şey yatırım, finans, vergi veya hukuk tavsiyesi değildir; hiçbir gerçek dünya sonucunu öngörmez veya vaat etmez. Bkz. Piyasa Uyarısı.
• Oyun'da gösterilen fiyatlar ve coin bilgileri gecikmeli, sadeleştirilmiş veya temsili olabilir.

5. Lisans

Sana, bu Koşullar çerçevesinde Oyun'u yalnızca kendi ticari olmayan eğlencen için kullanman amacıyla kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, alt lisans verilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyun'a, yazılımına, görsellerine, adlarına ve sanal öğelerine ilişkin tüm haklar Corxor'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Oyun'u kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz veya kiralayamazsın; yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapamazsın; bot, betik, otomasyon, hile veya açık kullanamazsın; sunuculara veya diğer oyunculara müdahale edemez ve Oyun'u hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanamazsın.

6. Sanal öğeler ve oyun parası

• CR (kredi), GEM, binalar ve diğer sanal öğeler 5. bölümdeki lisansın parçasıdır. Bunların sahibi değilsin; parasal değerleri yoktur ve ne bizim ne de başkası tarafından Oyun dışında paraya, kripto varlığa veya değerli herhangi bir şeye çevrilemezler.
• Oyun geliştikçe sanal öğeleri ve etkilerini değiştirebilir, dengeleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Ücretini 120 günden kısa süre önce ödediğin bir öğeyi kalıcı olarak kaldırırsak benzer bir öğe veya yasanın gerektirdiği hallerde iade sunarız.
• Öğeler veya oyun parası hata, yazılım hatası veya kötüye kullanım sonucu hesabına geçerse bakiyeyi düzeltebiliriz.
• Sanal öğeler hesabın silindiğinde veya kapatıldığında ya da Oyun sona erdiğinde sona erer.

7. Satın almalar

Satın alma isteğe bağlıdır: Oyun'un tamamı ödeme yapmadan oynanabilir. Sanal öğeleri gerçek parayla Google Play (Android), App Store (iOS) veya kartla ödeme sağlayıcımız Stripe (web) üzerinden satın alabilirsin. Ödeme sırasında gösterilen fiyat toplam fiyattır. Satın almalar Satın Alma ve İade Politikası'na ve satın aldığın mağazanın koşullarına tabidir; mağaza satın almalarının iadesini Google veya Apple yürütür.

8. Bilgisayar krallıkları

Dünya hiç boş kalmasın diye bazı kasabaları Oyun'un kendisi yönetir. Bunlar "Bilgisayar krallığı" olarak etiketlenir, mesaj okumaz ve gerçek oyuncu değildir.

9. Davranış, sohbet ve denetim

• Topluluk Kuralları'na uy. Tacize, nefret söylemine, küçükleri içeren cinsel içeriğe, tehditlere, dolandırıcılığa ve şifre, kurtarma ifadesi (seed) veya borsa anahtarı elde etme girişimlerine sıfır tolerans gösteririz.
• Mesajlar otomatik olarak filtrelenir; engellenebilir veya maskelenebilir. Oyun'da herhangi bir mesajı veya oyuncuyu şikâyet edebilir, herhangi bir oyuncuyu engelleyebilirsin; şikâyetler moderatörlerimize ulaşır ve 24 saat içinde incelenir.
• İçeriği kaldırabilir veya gizleyebilir; hesapları uyarabilir, susturabilir, askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatabilir, hukuka aykırı içeriği yetkili makamlara bildirebiliriz. Tüm içeriği izleme yükümlülüğümüz yoktur ve diğer oyuncuların söylediklerinden veya yaptıklarından sorumlu değiliz.

10. İçeriğin

Yazdıklarının hakları sende kalır. Oyun'u işletmek amacıyla, Oyun'da kaldığı sürece bunları saklamamız, göstermemiz, denetlememiz ve kaldırmamız için bize dünya çapında, bedelsiz, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsin. Paylaştıklarının hukuka uygun olduğunu ve kimsenin haklarını ihlal etmediğini taahhüt edersin.

11. Askıya alma ve sona erme

Bu Koşulları veya hukuku ihlal eden, diğer oyuncuları ya da Oyun'u tehlikeye atan veya yasanın gerektirdiği bir hesabı, makul olduğunda bildirerek askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. İhlal ağırsa (örneğin dolandırıcılık, hile, ters ibrazın kötüye kullanılması veya çocuk güvenliği) yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde derhal ve sanal öğeler için iade yapmadan işlem yapabiliriz. Hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin (Hesap Silme). Hesabına yönelik bir işlemin hatalı olduğunu düşünüyorsan 30 gün içinde desteğe yaz; yeniden inceleriz.

12. Oyun'da ve Koşullarda değişiklik

Oyun canlı bir hizmettir: özellikler, denge ve içerik değişir; Oyun'u Oyun içinde en az 60 gün önceden duyurarak sona erdirebiliriz. Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce Oyun'da veya e-postayla duyurulur. Yürürlüğe girdikten sonra oynamaya devam edersen kabul etmiş olursun; kabul etmiyorsan Oyun'u kullanmayı bırak ve hesabını sil.

13. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Satın almalar, uygulama dağıtımı ve bazı özellikler Google, Apple, Stripe ve bağlamayı seçersen bir borsaya dayanır. Bu hizmetlere kendi koşulları uygulanır ve bu hizmetlerden sorumlu değiliz.

14. Garanti reddi

Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Oyun'un kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını taahhüt etmeyiz ve tüm zımni garantileri hariç tutarız. Teknik sorunlar nedeniyle oyun verileri kaybolabilir; yedek alırız ancak geri yüklemeyi garanti edemeyiz.

15. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde: (a) dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan, kâr kaybından, veri kaybından veya itibar kaybından sorumlu değiliz; (b) gerçek varlıklar, para veya yatırımlar hakkında verdiğin hiçbir karardan sorumlu değiliz; (c) Oyun'la ilgili tüm talepler için sana karşı toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutar ile 50 ABD doları karşılığından hangisi yüksekse onunla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlar kast veya ağır kusurdan, ihmal sonucu ölüm veya bedensel zarardan doğan sorumluluğa ve yasayla sınırlanamayan ya da hariç tutulamayan diğer sorumluluklara ve tüketici haklarına uygulanmaz.

16. Tazmin

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, bu Koşulları ihlal etmenden, içeriğinden veya Oyun'u kötüye kullanmandan doğan talepleri, zararları ve makul masrafları (avukatlık ücretleri dahil) Corxor'a karşı karşılarsın. Zararı bizim neden olduğumuz durumlarda veya ülkenin hukukunun tüketiciler için buna izin vermediği hallerde bu hüküm uygulanmaz.

17. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

• Önce bize yaz: çoğu sorun hızla çözülür. Herhangi bir hukuki yola başvurmadan önce destek adresine yaz ve çözmemiz için bize 30 gün tanı.
• Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları dikkate alınmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
• Tüketiciler: tüketiciysen bu bölümdeki hiçbir hüküm, yaşadığın ülkenin emredici hukukunun sağladığı korumayı ortadan kaldırmaz. Türkiye'deki tüketiciler 6502 sayılı Kanun uyarınca yerleşim yerlerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir; diğer ülkelerdeki tüketiciler yaşadıkları ülkenin mahkemelerinde dava açabilir.

18. Genel hükümler

Bu Koşullar ve atıf yaptığı belgeler, Oyun'a ilişkin olarak seninle aramızdaki sözleşmenin tamamıdır. Bir hüküm geçersiz sayılırsa diğerleri yürürlükte kalır. Bir hakkı kullanmamamız o haktan vazgeçtiğimiz anlamına gelmez. Bu Koşulları Oyun'u devralan bir şirkete devredebiliriz; sen devredemezsin. Makul kontrolümüz dışındaki olayların neden olduğu gecikme veya aksaklıklardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu Koşullar İngilizce ve Türkçe sunulur; metinler arasında fark olursa İngilizce metin esas alınır, ancak Türkiye'deki tüketiciler Türkçe metne dayanabilir.
