Coin Empire is played by people aged 13 and over. These rules keep it fair, friendly and safe. They are part of the Terms of Service and apply to chat, user names, clan names and everything else you put in the Game.

Never

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk or insult other players, or target anyone for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
• Post sexual content, hate, extremist or terrorist content, graphic violence, content that encourages self-harm, or anything illegal or unsuitable for players aged 13.
• Groom, sexualise or ask minors for personal information, photos or meetings. We close the account at once and report it to the authorities.
• Share personal information about yourself or others: real names with addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, passwords or exchange keys.
• Ask anyone for passwords, seed phrases, recovery codes or exchange keys. We never ask for them; anyone who does is attempting fraud.
• Spam, advertise, post links to other services, run scams or "investment" schemes, or offer to buy or sell accounts, items or game currency for real money or crypto-assets.
• Cheat: bots, scripts, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, or tampering with the Game or its traffic.
• Impersonate Coin Empire or Corxor staff, moderators or other players.

How we keep chat safe

• Filter: every message is checked before it is shown. Messages with severe abuse or requests for secrets are blocked; profanity is masked; links, email addresses and phone numbers are removed. Sending too many messages too quickly is slowed down.
• Report: tap the ⋮ button next to a message, or the shield in a private conversation, and choose Report. Pick a reason and, if you like, add a note.
• Block: from the same menu. A blocked player cannot message you and you no longer see their messages. Manage blocked players under Account › Blocked players.
• Review: every report goes to our moderators, who review it within 24 hours. A message reported by several players is hidden at once until it is reviewed.
• Computer kingdoms are towns run by the Game. They are labelled and cannot receive messages.

What happens when rules are broken

Depending on how serious and repeated the breach is, we remove the content and warn the player, mute them for 24 hours or 7 days, suspend them, or close the account permanently. Severe breaches (threats, sexual content involving minors, fraud) lead straight to permanent closure and, where the law requires or allows it, a report to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, write to support within 30 days.

If someone is in danger

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (112 in Türkiye and the EU, 911 in the US). Then report the message in the Game.

Bugs

If you find a bug that gives an advantage, report it instead of using it. Using it on purpose is cheating.

Coin Empire'ı 13 yaş ve üzeri kişiler oynar. Bu kurallar oyunu adil, dostça ve güvenli tutar. Kullanım Koşulları'nın parçasıdır; sohbete, kullanıcı adlarına, klan adlarına ve Oyun'a eklediğin her şeye uygulanır.

Asla

• Diğer oyuncuları taciz etme, tehdit etme, zorbalık yapma, takip etme veya aşağılama; kimseyi ırkı, etnik kökeni, dini, uyruğu, cinsiyeti, cinsel yönelimi, engelliliği veya yaşı nedeniyle hedef alma.
• Cinsel içerik, nefret söylemi, aşırılıkçı veya terör içeriği, açık şiddet, kendine zarar vermeyi özendiren içerik ya da yasa dışı veya 13 yaşındaki oyunculara uygun olmayan herhangi bir şey paylaşma.
• Küçüklere yönelik istismar amaçlı yakınlaşma, onları cinselleştirme ya da onlardan kişisel bilgi, fotoğraf veya buluşma isteme. Bu durumda hesabı derhal kapatır ve yetkili makamlara bildiririz.
• Kendinle veya başkalarıyla ilgili kişisel bilgi paylaşma: adresle birlikte gerçek ad, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, sosyal medya hesabı, şifre veya borsa anahtarı.
• Kimseden şifre, kurtarma ifadesi (seed), kurtarma kodu veya borsa anahtarı isteme. Biz bunları asla istemeyiz; isteyen herkes dolandırıcılık girişimindedir.
• Spam, reklam yapma, başka hizmetlere bağlantı paylaşma, dolandırıcılık ya da "yatırım" düzenekleri kurma; hesap, öğe veya oyun parasını gerçek para veya kripto varlık karşılığında alıp satmayı teklif etme.
• Hile yapma: bot, betik, birden fazla hesap, hataları istismar etme ya da Oyun'a veya trafiğine müdahale.
• Coin Empire veya Corxor çalışanlarını, moderatörleri ya da diğer oyuncuları taklit etme.

Sohbeti nasıl güvenli tutuyoruz

• Filtre: her mesaj gösterilmeden önce kontrol edilir. Ağır hakaret veya gizli bilgi talebi içeren mesajlar engellenir; küfür maskelenir; bağlantılar, e-posta adresleri ve telefon numaraları kaldırılır. Çok hızlı çok fazla mesaj göndermek yavaşlatılır.
• Şikâyet: mesajın yanındaki ⋮ düğmesine ya da özel konuşmada kalkan simgesine dokun ve Şikâyet et'i seç. Bir neden seç; istersen not ekle.
• Engelleme: aynı menüden. Engellediğin oyuncu sana mesaj gönderemez ve onun mesajlarını artık görmezsin. Engellediklerini Hesap › Engellenen oyuncular bölümünden yönetebilirsin.
• İnceleme: her şikâyet moderatörlerimize ulaşır ve 24 saat içinde incelenir. Birden fazla oyuncunun şikâyet ettiği mesaj, incelenene kadar hemen gizlenir.
• Bilgisayar krallıkları Oyun'un yönettiği kasabalardır. Etiketlidirler ve mesaj alamazlar.

Kurallar çiğnendiğinde ne olur

İhlalin ciddiyetine ve tekrarına göre içeriği kaldırır ve oyuncuyu uyarır, 24 saat veya 7 gün susturur, askıya alır ya da hesabı kalıcı olarak kapatırız. Ağır ihlaller (tehdit, küçükleri içeren cinsel içerik, dolandırıcılık) doğrudan kalıcı kapatmayla ve yasanın gerektirdiği veya izin verdiği hallerde yetkili makamlara bildirimle sonuçlanır. Hata yaptığımızı düşünüyorsan 30 gün içinde desteğe yaz.

Biri tehlikedeyse

Sen veya bir başkası acil tehlikedeyse önce yerel acil servisleri ara (Türkiye ve AB'de 112, ABD'de 911). Ardından mesajı Oyun'da şikâyet et.

Hatalar

Avantaj sağlayan bir hata bulursan kullanmak yerine bildir. Bilerek kullanmak hiledir.
